Rittal North America Introduces New Blue e Outdoor Cooling Unit

New UL Type 3R/4 cooling unit delivers durability and security in uncontrolled environments

Rittal North America LLC, a leading manufacturer of enclosures and climate control solutions, introduces a new UL 3R/4 rated cooling unit for outdoor use. The new product extends the Blue e line of air conditioners and fills a void in the marketplace for outdoor-compliant enclosure climate control.


Built to moderate enclosure climate in outdoor temperatures ranging from -4 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit, the unit protects electronics and controls reliably in a variety of outdoor environments, including rain, wind, snow, ice and dust. The Blue e unit is compatible with the award-winning IoT interface to provide network interconnectivity, and remote monitoring and control.

Eye bolt for transport and easy installation (>1000W)
Nano-coated condenser
Vandal-resistant comfort controller located inside the enclosure
Integrated condensate evaporator (>1000W)
