Mini factories in containers help reduce mask shortages

The factory in a box could be located in front of a hospital, next to a shopping center, or near a school. The integrated air-conditioning system with air purification filters makes production possible even in places with high risk of viral contamination.

How Does Electropolishing Surfaces Keep Food Safe?

Trouble often comes from the surfaces that warehouses, processing plants and other facilities use. Without the right surface material, bacteria can collect even with the right practices in place - raising the risk of food contamination.

Large Selection of Cabinet Coolers are available!

Cabinet Coolers stop electronic control downtime due to heat, dirt, and moisture. They are a low cost, reliable way to cool and purge NEMA 4, 4X and 12 electronic control panels. New models are even available for NEMA 4 and 4X Hazardous Locations.

On the verge of a green and clean era in the metal tool industry:

/ins Ionized, cooled air to replace metalworking fluids Expensive metalworking fluids are no longer needed to cool and lubricate workpieces and cutting tools in the machine tool industry. Instead, there is now a proven green and clean method, EcoCooling, that uses only ionized and cooled air and has none of the environmental hazards and costs related to oil-based fluids.

T.J. Davies' Retention Knobs

T.J. Davies' Retention Knobs

Our retention knobs are manufactured above international standards or to machine builder specifications. Retention knobs are manufactured utilizing AMS-6274/AISI-8620 alloy steel drawn in the United States. Threads are single-pointed on our lathes while manufacturing all other retention knob features to ensure high concentricity. Our process ensures that our threads are balanced (lead in/lead out at 180 degrees.) Each retention knob is carburized (hardened) to 58-62HRC, and case depth is .020-.030. Core hardness 40HRC. Each retention knob is coated utilizing a hot black oxide coating to military specifications. Our retention knobs are 100% covered in black oxide to prevent rust. All retention knob surfaces (not just mating surfaces) have a precision finish of 32 RMA micro or better: ISO grade 6N. Each retention knob is magnetic particle tested and tested at 2.5 times the pulling force of the drawbar. Certifications are maintained for each step in the manufacturing process for traceability.
