PneuTech Showcases Innovative, Reliable Nitrogen Generators at FABTECH Orlando 2024
Visit Booth S36107 to see the innovative, reliable rotary screw compressors and generators that deliver exceptional performance and energy efficiency
Itasca, IL - PneuTech, a industry leader in compressed air solutions, will be showcasing the PneuTech diverse lineup of innovative and reliable nitrogen generators at FABTECH Orlando, October 15-17, 2024. PneuTech Nitrogen Generators ensure efficiency, reliability, and the highest quality of nitrogen supply in a wide spectrum of demanding industrial applications.
Visit Booth S36107 to learn how PneuTech state-of-the-art on-site nitrogen generation systems have proven to significantly reduce costs, control purity, and ensure a consistent supply. Switching to on-site nitrogen generation results in substantial cost savings by eliminating the need for continuous supply contracts and transportation fees associated with purchasing nitrogen in cylinders, liquid dewars, or in bulk.
PneuTech provides two types of on-site nitrogen generators designed to cater to the diverse needs of various applications. For industries requiring precise control of N2 purity levels and high flow rates, the PneuTech pressure swing adsorption (PSA) generators use a specialized adsorption process to separate nitrogen from other gases in the compressed air, delivering high-purity nitrogen efficiently.
The PneuTech UltraN2 High-Purity Series PSA Nitrogen Generators are designed for industries where the highest levels of nitrogen purity are non-negotiable. This series leverages advanced PSA technology to meet exacting standards, achieving up to 99.999% Nitrogen Purity.
PneuTech also offers membrane gas generators, a simple, cost-effective, and low-maintenance solution that utilizes a selective permeation process to produce nitrogen. They are highly reliable and well-suited for industries requiring moderate N2 gas purity levels.
On-site nitrogen generation ensures a reliable, uninterrupted supply, which is critical for maintaining operational continuity and limited downtime. This method provides complete control over production, enhancing supply-chain resilience and avoiding disruptions like those experienced during the pandemic. Consistent nitrogen purity is maintained, allowing operations to meet specific requirements without dependence on external suppliers.

T.J. Davies' Retention Knobs
Our retention knobs are manufactured above international standards or to machine builder specifications. Retention knobs are manufactured utilizing AMS-6274/AISI-8620 alloy steel drawn in the United States. Threads are single-pointed on our lathes while manufacturing all other retention knob features to ensure high concentricity. Our process ensures that our threads are balanced (lead in/lead out at 180 degrees.) Each retention knob is carburized (hardened) to 58-62HRC, and case depth is .020-.030. Core hardness 40HRC. Each retention knob is coated utilizing a hot black oxide coating to military specifications. Our retention knobs are 100% covered in black oxide to prevent rust. All retention knob surfaces (not just mating surfaces) have a precision finish of 32 RMA micro or better: ISO grade 6N. Each retention knob is magnetic particle tested and tested at 2.5 times the pulling force of the drawbar. Certifications are maintained for each step in the manufacturing process for traceability.
