CIRCOR Announces Zenith C9000 Series Precision Metering Gear Pump for Hydrogen Market Gasketing Applications

Zenith C9000 metering pumps deliver accurate and repeatable flow of metering additives, sealants, or chemicals in a compact and efficient design. The pumps offer near constant flow without the need for expensive flow meters and control systems. The Zenith C9000 pumps feature an extended mean time between failure (MTBF).
In addition to their precision and reliability, the Zenith C9000 pumps are available with an innovative magnetic drive (mag-drive) sealing option, which eliminates shaft leakage of fluids, improving plant safety while reducing VOC emissions and seal failures. The magnetic coupling feature also reduces downtime due to excessive mechanical seal failures and eliminates the need for buffer fluids.
The Zenith Series C9000 pumps are available in flow ranges up to 9,000 cubic centimeters per minute and are made in 316 stainless steel, making them a good choice for corrosive and poor lubricating fluids. They also work temperatures ranging from -40 to 350 degrees F.
