CRP Technology at Formnext 2022 to highlight successful use of Windform materials and AM in the automotive and aerospace industry

CRP Technology will be attending as exhibitor Formnext 2022, held in-person in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, from 15th November to 18th November 2022. CRP Technology's staff will be displaying at booth 31B Hall 11.1 cutting edge, fully functional solutions for the Automotive and Space industry 3D-printed in the Windform family of materials.

CRP Technology will be attending Formnext 2022 in person as an exhibitor. The event, which is intended to be the international meeting point for the next generation of intelligent industrial production, is held in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, from 15th to 18th November 2022.

CRP Technology and their composite materials Windform will be at booth B31, hall 11.1.

CRP's highly skilled staff will show and explain to attendees how the use of Windform composite materials, originally developed for the Motorsports, is now finding many uses in Automotive and orbit exploration, especially as structural materials for space-ready applications.
Will be indeed displayed some examples, manufactured by CRP Technology and partner company CRP USA, that contributed to the Additive Revolution in the small satellites arena: a single-part Propulsion System used as a high impulse thruster for small to micro Cubical Satellites, capable of multiple restarts and tested at peak thrust level of 6.2 lbf for 16-second duration; TuPOD, the first complete 3D printed satellite launched from the ISS, designed both as a CubeSat and as a dispensing system for Tube Satellites; two attitude control devices (stator and retaining ring); a CubeSat primary structure.

To complete the overview of the 3D-printed, functional parts that CRP will be presenting at Formnext, let's cite: the first, fully functional prototype of the electric motorcycle Energica Ego with fairings and components in Windform, used for testing on and off track, and pre-production series; a customized and lightweight steering wheel body used and performed both through testing and SAE competition; a functional intake manifold for an Endurance racing team, operating under boost and utilized in race conditions; a CCS 2 DC Fast Charging solution fully functional prototype.
Some customized orthosis used for performance assessed tests on patients, will be also displayed.

As the leading industry platform for Additive Manufacturing and industrial 3D Printing, Formnext is the international meeting point for the next generation of intelligent industrial production. In Frankfurt am Main as well as digitally.
