EXAIR's Gen4 Ion Air Jet™ delivers a concentrated airflow that can cover a precise spot without disturbing other areas. This quiet, focused airstream provides incredibly fast static decay rates and cleaning ability. The new and improved Gen4 Ion Air Jet is the ideal way to remove static and dust from small parts prior to shrink wrapping, packaging, printing, painting or finishing.

The Gen4 Ion Air Jet includes an armored high voltage cable to protect against abrasion, cuts, splits and other damage from the environment. It induces surrounding airflow at a ratio of 5:1, minimizing compressed air use and maximizing ionized airflow. Force can be adjusted from a "blast" to a "breeze".

For permanent mount applications, the compact Gen4 Ion Air Jet is the best choice since it is lightweight and easy to install using the 1/8 NPT male inlet. http://exair.co/184-iajdirold

Xcentric - Injection Molding Services

Xcentric plastic injection molding services focus on rapid delivery of prototype and low-volume production components. Our production processes are streamlined such that we typically deliver first articles in less than 15 business days, and for simple expedited projects in as little as five days. At the other end of the spectrum, we frequently produce components for customers needing a few hundred thousand components as a bridge to higher productivity molds. Over time, we have earned a reputation for being able to handle highly complex projects, overmolding, custom insert molding, and other complicated projects much faster than with traditional tooling, often helping our clients get to market weeks, if not months earlier. At Xcentric, every mold is designed and fabricated and all production is run in one of our two Michigan-based facilities.
