Finnish ZYFRA is arriving Barcelona to offer a boost to oil and gas industry

Finland-based company ZYFRA, specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) based solutions for the industries, became a Silver Sponsor for the IoT Solutions World Congress in Barcelona. As the Congress kicks off on October 16, the world leading companies for IoT development will present their solutions for Europe market.

On October 16 Finland-based company ZYFRA, specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) based solutions for the industries, arrives to take part in IoT Solutions World Congress in Barcelona.

At IOTSWC ZYFRA is going to expose a number of its cutting edge technologies. Companys solutions are aimed at optimization of industrial processes using Deep Learning and numerical optimization methods. Among the other to be exhibited is ZYFRAs new drilling optimization solution.
"We offer a drilling optimization solution, which uses a wide set of geological and drilling data. Application of the drilling optimization solution allows to increase oil production up to 20% and decrease Non-Productive time by 5-7%." - said Dmitry Lukovkin, AI Business Director of ZYFRA.
As one of the IOTSWC major speakers, Dmitry Lukovkin is going to take a panel-speech covering the topic of "Artificial intelligence for oil and gas industry processes control and optimization. AI perspective and lessons learned".
"During the oil production, oil reserves in the reservoir are being gradually depleted. Reservoir pressure becomes insufficient to support natural drive. Primary production mechanisms are capable to recover only up to 20-30% of total oil reserves. And here improved recovery processes and artificial lift come into play. Some estimates show that more than 94% of the wells globally will require artificial lifts at some point of time in their asset life cycle. Controlling artificial lift the optimal way we can increase an oil flow rate while keeping well in working condition," - Dmitry Lukovkin explains, - "Zyfra has delivered its solution for oil flow rate optimization for ESP artificial lift on the oil fields in Western Siberia. We in Zyfra provide our upstream solutions mostly for exploration and production stage, providing ‘digitalization of the oilfield, so we hope oil and gas companies around the globe could find a boosting tool for the industry in our solution".
ZYFRA was also selected as a participant of a TESTBEDS section of the IOTSWC with its "Digital advisor for pipe-rolling production" solution. AI-solutions is a recommendations system for industrial enterprises that presents to the operator a specific guide to action to achieve the target parameters (energy efficiency, quality, productivity).
ZYFRA, founded in November 2017, currently operates in Bulgaria, Finland and India. The company connected over 7,000 CNC machines. ZYFRA technologies allow customers to drastically boost machinery utilization efficiency and improve the accuracy of product quality prediction. With its software, hardware and services a customer can transform his production into digital.

For reference:

Evolutionary development of industry from mechanization to industrialization, and then from automation to Industry 4.0 is characterized by the massive use of various sensors for the collection and exchange of information integrated with intelligent systems.

The Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) is a computer network consisting of elements of industrial equipment, scientific tools, equipped with technologies of interaction with each other and the external environment. The goal of the Internet of Things is to change the technological and business processes in such a way as to increase their efficiency and significantly reduce the need for human participation in making routine decisions related to the management of objects in such networks. In a general sense, IIoT can be equated to fully automate digital production.

T.J. Davies' Retention Knobs

Our retention knobs are manufactured above international standards or to machine builder specifications. Retention knobs are manufactured utilizing AMS-6274/AISI-8620 alloy steel drawn in the United States. Threads are single-pointed on our lathes while manufacturing all other retention knob features to ensure high concentricity. Our process ensures that our threads are balanced (lead in/lead out at 180 degrees.) Each retention knob is carburized (hardened) to 58-62HRC, and case depth is .020-.030. Core hardness 40HRC. Each retention knob is coated utilizing a hot black oxide coating to military specifications. Our retention knobs are 100% covered in black oxide to prevent rust. All retention knob surfaces (not just mating surfaces) have a precision finish of 32 RMA micro or better: ISO grade 6N. Each retention knob is magnetic particle tested and tested at 2.5 times the pulling force of the drawbar. Certifications are maintained for each step in the manufacturing process for traceability.
