Ross Controls Announces New and Improved Pneumatic Counterbalance

ROSS Controls, Troy MI, introduces a new and improved 1-1/4” pneumatic automatic counterbalance for large mechanical stamping presses.

This new ROSS automatic counterbalance system can be integrated with your existing press controls to set and maintain the correct pressure for each die set, improving parts quality and extending the life of the press. This latest solution for the Metalforming Press Industry meets all ANSI B11.1 requirements and is available in a variety of port threads, voltages and electrical connections.

Properly set counterbalance pressures on each production run will eliminate gear and bearing clearances to reduce force loading, wear and motor loads. Two selectable modes of operation, manual or automatic using 2-way poppet internals, will provide positive shifting even in the most demanding low flow applications. All solenoids and main valve internals are interchangeable and can be serviced from the top for ease of maintenance and maximum flexibility.

Line Vac™ Family

A fast, low cost way to convey plastic pellets, scrap trim, textiles, bulk solids, food products, chips, paper, pills/tablets, small parts, shavings, sawdust and granules. EXAIR's compressed air operated Line Vac connects to standard hose or tube to create a powerful in-line conveyor. The compact design features large throat diameters for maximum throughput capability. Eleven sizes in aluminum and ten in stainless steel are suited to a wide variety of transfer applications. Line Vac conveyors are ideal for moving large volumes of material over long distances. A small amount of compressed air is injected through directed nozzles to produce a vacuum on one end and high output flows on the other, with instantaneous response. The material flow rate is easily controlled with a pressure regulator. No moving parts or electricity assures maintenance free operation. https://exair.co/184_564 See our Line Vac Promotion running now. http://www.exair.com/184/lvpromo.htm
