Further Developments Announced
NORD is constantly working to improve and expand on their product offerings. New versions of the NORDAC ON/ON+ are being developed to include safety functions such as SLS, SMS, and SSM in addition to the STO and SS1 currently available. Based on the PROFIsafe and FSoE interfaces, integration into existing Ethernet environments and operation as a stand-alone solution will be possible. The NORDAC ON PURE will soon be available for added protection in caustic wash-down environments. It features the state-of-the-art, food-safe NXD tupH Sealed Surface Conversion System, smooth, rounded housing, and a reduced number of input/output plug connections.
