HIGHLIGHTS FROM OPENING DAY OF THE ASSEMBLY SHOW TAKING PLACE THIS WEEK IN ROSEMONT, IL
Trade Show is Co-located with SMTA International and Quality Deck Until Thursday, October 23
ROSEMONT, IL, October 22, 2025 - The 13th Annual ASSEMBLY Show kicked off with a full day of education sessions at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL. The exhibit hall, featuring 200+ companies, opened with the Taste of Rosemont Networking Reception. Below are highlights from the event's opening day. The trade show and conference run through Thursday, October 23rd.
Hundreds of manufacturing professionals participated in 24 expert-led sessions in seven focused tracks, including AI on the Assembly Line, Robots on the Assembly Line, Smart Manufacturing, Automated Assembly, Fastening, A Focus on Quality and Assembly on the Cutting Edge. The ASSEMBLY Show Exhibit Hall features hundreds of exhibiting companies, including Silver Sponsors Intellect and Ujigami and Bronze sponsors DuPas Torque Tech, Weiss and IPS. During the Taste of Rosemont Welcome Reception in the exhibit hall students from two local First Robotics high school teams demonstrated their robots for the attendees and networked with the vendors. The FIRST Robotics Competition teams consist of students in grades 9-12 who design, program, and build a robot starting with a standard kit of parts and common set of rules to play in a themed head-to-head challenge. Teams also build a brand, develop community partnerships for support, and work to promote STEM in the local community.
Below is a schedule of events for Wednesday, October 22, 2025 - Exhibit Hall is open from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm.
• Keynote Presentation (9:00 - 10:00 am) - Joanna Cooper, General Manager, Daimler Truck North America, will discuss The Competitive Edge.
• Learning Theater Presentations (10:45 am - 3:45 pm) offer a unique opportunity for exhibitors to demonstrate their company's expertise in an area related to the latest technological advances in assembly. • The Quality Deck, presented by Quality magazine, is a dedicated area featuring quality manufacturing technology suppliers who specialize in solutions for product quality and process improvement. It also features daily 15-minute talks in the ASQ Booth 1331, where industry experts share valuable quality insights you won't want to miss.
