For the first time, entire assemblies can be sourced and produced with just one file. Instead of requesting, coordinating, and ordering each component separately, companies can now upload a complete assembly file and instantly initiate production. Within seconds, a visualization, automated feasibility check, and initial cost estimate are generated.

The key advantage: assembleanAI analyzes the file, automatically identifies the required parts, and manages the entire process—disassembly, supplier selection, and reintegration of components. This eliminates the time-consuming task of sending countless requests to various suppliers. What used to take weeks can now be done in minutes, with the option of receiving the fully pre-assembled module.
The finished product can then move straight into series production—regardless of material, quantity, or manufacturing process. Assemblean either produces the orders itself or through its extensive partner network.
