MCA Bolsters Leadership to Drive Manufacturing Excellence
New hires Fritz O’Connor and Jerry Bailey strengthen MCA’s capabilities in lean manufacturing, safety and data-driven commercial growth
MIAMI — September 11, 2025 — Manufacturing Corporation of America (MCA), an investor-owned, industrial-focused business committed to revitalizing American manufacturing, today announced two additions to its executive suite as the company continues its strong growth trajectory. Fritz O'Connor has been appointed President of Sales and Marketing and Jerry Bailey, a +32-year Toyota veteran, has joined as Director of Manufacturing.
"These appointments reflect MCA's ongoing momentum and our focus on building a world-class leadership team," said Greg White, President of Manufacturing Operations at MCA.
"Jerry and Fritz bring proven track records of leadership, innovation and excellence that will directly strengthen our manufacturing capabilities and accelerate our growth in key markets while staying true to our mission of delivering American-made excellence."
O'Connor, a seasoned commercial leader and certified Six Sigma Black Belt, joins MCA from IRONMAN 4x4 and GE Appliances, where he built high-performing teams across sales, marketing and product launch operations. At MCA, he will oversee integration of the company's divisions into a unified, data-driven growth platform, expanding market share with legacy customers while opening new opportunities for growth.
"I joined MCA because I am a builder — of processes, products and most importantly, people," said O'Connor. "This company is on an explosive growth journey, with customers, employees and the revitalization of American manufacturing at its core. I am honored and energized to help lead that mission."
Bailey spent more than 32 years at Toyota, most recently serving as Senior Manager of Safety and Security. In his new role, he will lead MCA's manufacturing capability assessments and oversee the implementation of the company's Improved Quality Systems Initiative, focusing on safety, quality and continuous improvement.
"My first responsibility is the safety of all members. My second responsibility is delivering products that meet the highest quality standards," said Bailey. "MCA's commitment to putting people first and leveraging experience to drive continuous improvement mirrors my management philosophy. The opportunity to empower our members and ensure future success was too much to pass up."
With these appointments, MCA strengthens its executive bench, positioning the company for sustained growth, operational excellence and long-term impact across American industry.
