CubeBOX welding, tending and pallet automation systems exhibit in Hannover

Tezmaksan, a European leader in CNC automation systems, will present its most extensive range of CubeBOX robotic solutions to date at EMO Hannover 2025, held from September 22 to 26. Visitors to Hall 16, Stand C19 will experience eight advanced automation systems designed to meet the evolving demands of modern manufacturing, including several systems on public display for the first time.

Making its official debut at EMO is the CubeBOX WeldingPRO-S, previously known as Welding Pro V1. This high-performance welding automation cell offers a modular design with an expandable workspace, a 1000 × 1500 millimetres (mm) welding table and full compatibility with Tezmaksan's RoboCAM software. Developed for easy integration, the system features a dedicated touch panel PC and is designed to accommodate single, double or multi-machine operations.

Another standout innovation is the CubeBOX Blues RT-VISE, a rotary table system integrated with a 6-axis industrial robot. Equipped with 42 vises and a table diameter of 1100 mm, it offers a payload capacity of 12, 25 or 35 kilograms (kg) and is well-suited for dual-machine applications requiring high-precision workholding and quick changeovers. The system integrates seamlessly with RoboCAM and is optimised for uninterrupted high-volume production.

"We've engineered the RT-VISE to solve one of the biggest pain points in flexible automation — how to securely handle a wide variety of workpieces without changing setups every hour," said Hakan Aydoğdu, CEO of Tezmaksan Robot Technologies. "With this system, manufacturers can handle complex jobs more efficiently while improving cycle times."

Tezmaksan will also showcase the CubeBOX Blues DR 3P, a drawer-based robotic tending system that allows continuous part exchange and setup while in operation. Designed for small to medium batch production, it supports payloads up to 12, 25 or 35 kg, and enables quick adaptation for different parts using modular inlay configurations. Visitors will also have the opportunity to explore the CubeBOX IO, a collaborative robotic system tailored for handling vises and pallets. The IO supports payloads of 20-25 kg and is specifically designed for cobot integration.

Also on display is the CubeBOX EcoLEAN series, including the V1 and V2 models. These compact collaborative systems provide an accessible entry point to CNC automation. EcoLEAN V1 features a drawer size of 750 × 800 mm and supports payloads of 5, 10 or 20 kg, while EcoLEAN V2 offers a drawer size of 700 × 450 mm, a maximum part height of 100 mm, and payloads of 10, 20 or 25 kg. The EcoLEAN systems are ideal for facilities seeking lean, space-efficient automation without compromising capability.

For manufacturers requiring advanced part and tool handling, Tezmaksan will exhibit the CubeBOX Tower. This new automation cell is designed around a rotating structure and supports continuous production through high-capacity storage and seamless part, pallet and vise changes. The Tower accommodates up to 48 pallets at 250 × 250 mm or 24 pallets at 600 × 600 mm, with a maximum shelf load of 200 kg.

All systems on display at EMO Hannover feature Tezmaksan's proprietary RoboCAM smart automation software, which converts 2D CAD drawings into robot-ready programs without requiring the operator to have coding knowledge. With this approach, Tezmaksan empowers manufacturers to accelerate deployment, minimise training time and achieve flexible, scalable automation.
