Allient Inc. Announces Unified Brand Identity Across Global Technology Units
This strategic move will see technology units such as ORMEC Systems, Heidrive GmbH and SNC Manufacturing rebranded to reflect their integration into the Allient family. For example, ORMEC Systems will become Allient Rochester.
Buffalo, N.Y. - 21 May, 2025 - Allient Inc. (Nasdaq: ALNT) ("Allient" or the "Company"), a global designer and manufacturer of precision and speciality Motion, Controls and Power products and solutions for targeted industries and applications, is proud to announce the next phase of its brand evolution, unifying all of its technology units under the Allient name, coupled with their respective geographic identifiers.
This strategic move will see technology units such as ORMEC Systems, Heidrive GmbH and SNC Manufacturing rebranded to reflect their integration into the Allient family. For example, ORMEC Systems will become Allient Rochester.
The initiative builds on Allient's name change in 2023 from Allied Motion Technologies Inc., a change that reflected the expansion of the company's technology offering, and breadth of capabilities and products that go beyond motion control. The brand name, Allient, embodies a commitment to innovation, collaboration, and delivering integrated solutions that address the complex challenges of today's industries.
Unifying all technology units under the Allient brand marks an exciting step forward in strengthening Allient's global identity. This evolution enhances collaboration across teams, deepens our shared culture of innovation, and delivers a clearer, more powerful presence to our customers and partners. By bringing every entity under the Allient name, we're reaffirming our commitment to delivering seamless, high-quality solutions across every market we serve.
Given Allient's scale - more than 2,500 employees across 28 locations worldwide - the implementation of the unified brand identity will be carried out in a phased approach over time. This measured rollout will ensure a seamless transition for customers, partners, and employees, while preserving the legacy and operational strength of each unit during the change.
"This next step brings us closer together as one team, focused on delivering impactful system solutions that drive real results for our customers," said Richard S. Warzala, Chairman of the Board, President and CEO of Allient Inc. "By strengthening how we represent ourselves globally, we're amplifying the capabilities of our collective organization and positioning Allient for continued growth and long-term success."
