Rootstock Software Announces Implementation Certification for Its Manufacturing ERP

Rootstock-certified resources to heighten customer confidence and lower the risk of ERP project uncertainty

San Ramon, CA (January 24, 2024) - Rootstock Software, a recognized leader in the Manufacturing ERP space, today unveiled its new Implementation Certification. As demand for Rootstock Manufacturing ERP continues to increase, this certification serves as proof to prospects and new customers that a partner resource has the extensive knowledge and expertise to manage and successfully complete an implementation.

"Implementing a Manufacturing ERP is a complex project, requiring guidance and support from partner resources that are both industry and ERP experts," said Caroline Santander, SVP of Global Professional Services & Enablement. "As Rootstock grows, this certification will help customers quickly identify and select the partner resources who have a proven level of product knowledge and implementation success."

For systems integrators (SIs) and implementation partners, the certification process will deepen their knowledge of Rootstock Manufacturing ERP (https://www.rootstock.com/rootstock-erp-software/) and Financials, as well as their understanding of the Rootstock Implementation Methodology. In addition, certification will ensure a high level of quality, consistency, and project success, regardless of whether customers work with Rootstock Professional Services or with a partner resource.

This certification is part of the overall Rootstock Implementation Curriculum (https://www.rootstock.com/partners-overview/) encompassing five progressive steps:

1. Partner Learning Path. A series of interactive courses enabling partner resources to understand how the Rootstock products work.
2. Product Certification. Partner resources take a product exam, certifying their expertise in Rootstock products.
3. Methodology Coursework. Through a series of e-learning courses, partner resources receive extensive training on Rootstock's Implementation Methodology and best practices.
4. Implementation Capstone. Partner resources take the Implementation Certification Exam and submit two implementation case studies.
5. Certification Approval. The final step is a review of both the exam score to ensure the partner resource has passed and its case studies to ensure they've met all the requirements.

"The Rootstock Implementation Certification will be instrumental in driving the maturity of our partner program going forward," said Matt Wolf, SVP of Global Alliances. "Our partner ecosystem aims to support customer success broadly across the manufacturing industry, and our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with certified partner resources. Certification is not just an exam; it's proof positive that a resource has taken the time to learn our products and our methodology and has demonstrated real-world proficiency in implementations."

The Rootstock Implementation Certification is offered through the Rootstock Learning Center (https://www.rootstock.com/rootstock-learning-center/) and will include a system of progressive badges. Prospects and customers can view a partner resource's touted badges to understand how far that resource has advanced in the certification process.

AVAILABILITY: A beta of the Rootstock Implementation Certification launched in January with three partners working to complete certifications in Q1.
