CAMARILLO, CA - December 13, 2021 - binder USA, a leading global manufacturer of industrial circular connectors, announced that the will company adapt its sales strategy to align even more closely with customer needs and market challenges.

Beginning January 1, 2022, David Phillips, Managing Director of binder UK since 2009, will take on the position of International Sales Director. Phillips managed binder UK, one of binder Group's biggest markets, with great success. As International Sales Director, his main priority will be to coordinate binder's worldwide sales and pursue strategic development.

As part of the sales management restructuring, Graham Ellis, who has been with binder UK since 2009, will take on the position of Sales Director of the UK sales office. Jochen Luksch, with binder since 1987, will be responsible for sales activities in Germany as National Sales Director. The newly-created New Business Development department, will be headed by Michael Schroers, who has been with the company since 2013, and will focus on the customer-specific solutions of the binder Group.

"My goal for the binder Group is for us to better anticipate the potential of the market and to assign a key role to digitalisation.
