CHICAGO - November 30, 2021 - How do food manufacturers equip themselves to manage pandemic and supply chain disruption by improving business processes and modernizing technology systems?

Spice World and Ultra Consultants embarked on a comprehensive transformation project driven by business process improvement and systems modernization/digital transformation effort via the rapid-fire implementation of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution, a warehouse management system (WMS), a transportation management system (TMS), a shop floor visualization solution, and back-office automation.
