Opt Lasers - manufacturer of advanced laser heads and ZMorph are joining forces and launching another product - a 6 W laser kit for ZMorph 3D printers.

The 6-watt blue laser for ZMorph was designed for those, who expect more from standard 3D printers. It provides fast engraving speed and is suitable for permanent marking of steel. After an hour of continuous operation, the head's temperature rises only by 2-3 °C. It works seamlessly with the ZMorph mechanism and assembling the head takes just seconds.

PLH3D-6W-XF engraving laser head from Opt Lasers was built on the basis of NUBM44 Nichii 6W blue laser diode. It is equipped with a dedicated microcontroller as well as an efficient fan that provides cooling and protects laser optics from smoke generated during work. Moreover, the aluminum cover helps in dissipating heat and protects against external factors.
Users are able to engrave a wide range of shades as head allows them to change laser resolution and power, by adjusting the size of the beam. They can also use different modes of operation, by switching lances. The whole kit includes also: adapter cable and safety goggles with CE approval.
