Burlington, NJ - Cementex, the safety tool specialists, announces that its experts will showcase quality tools and task wear at NECA 2018, taking place September 29 - October 2, 2018 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Visitors to booth #1425 will be able to discuss safety tool solutions with Cementex experts and view the TR-9ELK-ZC Basic Service Tool Kit, 11- and 12-cal/cm2 UltraLite Series of Arc Flash PPE Task Wear, Service Tech Pack Kits, and PPE storage canisters.

The TR-9ELK-ZC Basic Service Tool Kit is designed to meet the basic needs of any electrician. The kit includes: a 9″ pair of linesmens pliers, a 7 1/2″ pair of diagonal cutting pliers, a 7″ pair of needle nose pliers, a 9″ combination stripper and crimper, a 3/16″ x 4 1/2″ slotted screwdriver with a cushion grip, a 3/16″ x 6″ slotted screwdriver with a cushion grip, a 1/4″ x 6″ slotted screwdriver with a cushion grip, a #1 x 3″ Phillips screwdriver with a cushion grip, and a #2 x 4″ Phillips screwdriver with a cushion grip. Each tool in the kit features Cementex double-insulated technology, and are tested to 10,000 VAC and rated for 1,000 VAC when working on live parts.

Also on display will be the 11- and 12-cal/cm2 UltraLite Series Arc Flash PPE Task Wear, designed to combine comfort with complete safety. The 11- and 12-cal/cm2 UltraLite garments include a balaclava-hooded long-sleeve t-shirt and simple high-waisted pants, made to fit comfortably over daily-wear clothing. With kits available that include gloves, a helmet and face shield, and a basic tool kit, UltraLite Task Wear ensures that technicians are completely safe and prepared for the job.

The Cementex Service Tech Pack Kits, feature Cementex double-insulated safety hand tools organized in cutting-edge storage and containment technology. The Service Tech Kit utilizes the Veto Pro Pac® Tech Pac® to store and transport a carefully-selected combination of top-quality insulated tools. This kit includes a pack with 56 tool pockets of varying sizes and two separate storage bays. The Super Tech Kit utilizes the CLC® 75-Pocket Tool Pack to store and transport its unique, specially designed collection of tools. Made of lightweight yet durable ballistic polyester fabric, this pack includes six zippered compartments and 75 tool pockets, sleeves, and loops.

The final items to be displayed in the booth are Cementex PPE storage canisters, which provide ultimate protection for arc flash suits with hoods or face shields, thanks to their oversized 14" diameter. These extra-large, ultra-durable hardsided arc flash storage canisters are designed to withstand the harshest environments and safely store technicians most delicate and valuable PPE items.
