Amada Weld Tech to Highlight Innovative Welding Solutions at FABTECH Mexico 2025
Visit Booth #1104 for product showcase and to speak with Amada representatives
The WL-P100A is a compact desktop fiber laser marking machine designed for low-volume production and R&D across various industries. It features a manually operated vertical door with 180-degree workspace access, a large viewing window, and a threaded metric base plate for part positioning. The motorized Z-axis enables precise laser height adjustments, with an optional rotary axis available. Integrated with Amada Weld Tech's LM-F Series fiber laser markers (10-50W), it efficiently marks metals, plastics, and ceramics, with capabilities for cutting, drilling, ablating, and welding thin materials.
Amada Weld Tech's newly released MM-L400A Laser Weld Monitor provides real-time judgment of weld quality by monitoring workpiece gaps, surface conditions, focus accuracy, and penetration depth. Utilizing its advanced capabilities, the system can differentiate between good and bad welds through a comparison of data, making it an invaluable tool for maintaining high-quality production standards. This feature is particularly useful in production lines, where consistent weld quality is critical.
The WM-200A is an advanced, IIoT-ready resistance weld monitor designed to enhance welding quality and production efficiency. This networked weld monitor provides real-time data collection and analysis, enabling manufacturers to optimize their welding processes and ensure consistent, high-quality results. The WM-200A's intuitive interface and comprehensive data management capabilities make it an essential tool for modern welding operations.
Also featured at booth #1140 will be the CD-A300A Advanced Capacitive Discharge Welder and the TL-180B-EZ Pneumatic Weld Head. The CD-A300A Advanced Capacitive Discharge Welder offers precise and consistent welding performance with features like dual pulse output control, internal pulse monitoring, and optional polarity switching. Its ultrafast rise time and customizable pulse shaping with adjustable pulse lengths and timings ensure reliable results for a range of applications, including battery tab welding and fine wire to pad connections.
The TL-180B-EZ high-force pneumatic weld head features a precision, low-inertia design with an opposed electrode configuration, ensuring accurate and consistent spot welds. TL-180B-EZ delivers adjustable force from 5 to 100 lb and operates at speeds exceeding 3,600 welds per hour, making it ideal for both production line and benchtop applications.
In addition to the CD-A300A and the TL-180B-EZ, visitors can learn more about the MM-410B, a handheld resistance weld monitor that offers precise measurement and evaluation of weld quality. This compact yet powerful device is ideal for both production and R&D environments, providing accurate and reliable data to support process validation and quality control. The MM-410B's user-friendly design and robust functionality make it an indispensable asset for any resistance welding application.
