Proven Benefits for Michigan Businesses
Automation Alley's trade mission program has generated $2.345 billion in export sales and supported more than 12,000 Michigan jobs. The program has also earned the prestigious President's "E Star" Award three times, the nation's highest recognition for international trade.
Companies that have participated in recent missions attest to the value of the experience.
"The mission far exceeded our expectations, thanks to exceptional coordination and highly relevant matchmaking meetings," said Jimmy Hsiao, CEO of Logic Solutions, who joined Automation Alley's recent trade mission to Southeast Asia. "I participated in 15 meetings across three countries, and I believe that about 80% of them will lead to collaboration. The results we achieved in just a few days would have taken months, or even years, on our own. Participating in a trade mission proved to be the most efficient and impactful way to enter new markets."
