EXAIR's Chip Vac offers a fast, effective way to clean chips or other dry materials from fixtures, floors and work surfaces of machining centers, lathes, saws, mills and other industrial equipment. It can easily be moved from drum to drum to keep different materials separate for recycling. Dusty materials, such as absorbents are trapped by the 0.1 micron filter bag to keep the surrounding area clean.

The compressed air operated Chip Vac creates a powerful direct flow action that effectively moves chips and scrap materials. It is extremely quiet at 77 dBA and there are no motors or impellers to clog or wear out.
Chip Vac Systems include a drum lid with a locking ring that fits an open top drum, flexible vacuum hose, filter bag, and tools. Deluxe Systems are available in 5, 30, 55 and 110 gallon sizes and add a drum dolly and tool holder for larger sizes.
