Digital Industry USA 2019 Announces Digital Transformation Executive Conference

On Sept. 10, the conference will kick off with a morning workshop led by ARC Advisory Group entitled How to Design and Implement Digital Transformation Strategies.

CHICAGO - Hannover Fairs USA and Deutsche Messe, the organizers of the world's largest manufacturing show HANNOVER MESSE and its North American edition, HANNOVER MESSE USA, announced today that the inaugural Digital Industry USA trade show will host a one-day Digital Transformation Executive Conference on Tuesday, September 10 in Louisville, Ky. The conference will present ideas and solutions to empower manufacturing professionals to reach their digital transformation goals for a fully connected facility.

"As the premiere destination for Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) discovery for the smart factory, we are proud to announce the Digital Transformation Executive Conference in conjunction with the inaugural Digital Industry USA trade show from Sept. 11-12. During the conference, top industry leaders and visionaries will discuss both digital transformation challenges and opportunities confronting today's manufacturing professional," said Adrienne Zepeda, show manager of North American industrial technology events at HFUSA.
On Sept. 10, the conference will kick off with a morning workshop led by ARC Advisory Group entitled How to Design and Implement Digital Transformation Strategies. The workshop will address common themes and challenges of digital transformation and will explore strategy development for different manufacturing organizations, as well as offer solutions and insights for how attendees can successfully link their digital transformation vision with execution within their organizations. The morning workshop is designed for chief digital officers and other C-suite executives, general managers, plant managers, operational excellence executives, vice presidents and directors of strategy, planning and innovation, as well as digital transformation team leaders.
"We encourage all manufacturing executives responsible for and engaged in the strategic planning associated with digital transformation and Industry 4.0 to attend our morning workshop," said Mike Guilfoyle, director of research at ARC Advisory Group. "Attendees will gain a much more informed view of how to link business objectives with the execution of sustainable digital transformation within their organizations," he added.
Immediately following the morning workshop, Digital Industry USA will host a networking luncheon for all Sept. 10 conference attendees.
The afternoon programing is divided into three Global Automation & Manufacturing Summit (GAMS) tracks hosted by HFUSA in partnership with CFE Media. The afternoon GAMS tracks are Supply Chain Optimization, Digital Transformation Work Skills and IIoT Productivity. A panel of experts, thought leaders and visionaries, including ARC analysts, will keynote the panels during each track. GAMS has been a key part of HFUSA's industrial technology conferences since 2012, including the recently launched Hannover Messe USA 2018.
The inaugural Digital Industry USA trade show will take place from Sept. 11-12 at the newly renovated Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville, Ky. During the Digital Industry USA trade show, exhibitors such as industrial technology providers and automation companies will showcase solutions, knowledge and expertise for every level of IIoT adoption on and off the plant floor. The direction of the inaugural event is being steered by a committee of industry experts from ARC Advisory Group, Beckhoff, Forcam, Hiwin, Microsoft, Nikola Industrial & Manufacturing Solutions and SAP.
