NEW FABRICATION CENTERS: EMS has recently invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in equipment to expand our fabrication capabilities. Our state of the art EMMEGI Satellite XL 5 axis CNC machining center with a 33 bed will open up many complex fabrication jobs to us. Additionally, EMS has recently purchased a new DOOSAN Lynx 2100 lathe that will provide precision components solutions for small parts production.
NEW ENGINEERED ALUMINUM GLASS RAILING COMPONENTS SYSTEM: This railing system boasts centerline and offset options, accepting laminated glass options of 7/16" and 9/16", five varieties of railing caps and four varieties of posts, one of which can reach a height up to five feet typically used for roof tops of tall buildings. Tested and approved to meet Miami-Dade County testing standards, this railing system can be specd for any floor of a building, including the roof.
FULLY WELDABLE BRITE DIP ANODIZED PIPE: EMS is introducing this product to the Railing Industry as an alternative to expensive stainless steel products.
NEW ADDITONAL INSERTS AVAILABLE FOR EMS UNIVERSAL 2X3 GATE FRAME: A new 2" fixed Bahama Blade is now available in addition to the Tongue and Groove, Ventilated Slats, Board and Batten inserts. All neatly fit within the 2x3 Gate Frame insert slot.
NEW 3" MECHANICAL UNIVERSAL ENCLOSURE SYSTEM: Using many of the previously mentioned inserts, this system is perfect for dumpsters, shielding systems for commercial roof top equipment, or making post and panel signage.
NEW ROLLING GATE TRACK TRUCK ASSEMBLY: To assist our slide-gate manufacturers, EMS has added a heavy duty 100% US made roller assembly with a lifetime.
NEW ENGINEERED 16" WALKBOARD: The largest walkboard on the market today provides safety and stability to boat lifts. It can also be used in ramp, dock and flooring applications.

The FLIR Si1-LD is an easy-to-use acoustic imaging camera for locating and quantifying pressurized leaks in compressed air systems.
