These latest achievements represent their third and fourth designations earned in the last nine months, adding to their existing Control and Process Solution Partner designations. JMP is one of only three Rockwell Automation Solution Partners in the world and the only Solution Partner in Canada, to carry all four of these notable Rockwell Automation designations.
LONDON, Ontario, Oct. 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- JMP Engineering Inc. (JMP), an engineering services company providing turnkey solutions in Controls, Information, and Smart Robotics for Fortune 500 manufacturers and producers, announced today that they recently met all requirements to receive both the Rockwell Automation Power Quality and Energy Management (PQ&EM) plus Information and Enterprise Manufacturing Intelligence (EMI) Solution Partner designations.
In the last sixty days, JMP engineers have achieved the Power Quality and Energy Management (PQ&EM) as well as the Information and EMI platform designations. Both designations require extensive product, application and technology knowledge. Additionally, JMP engineers must demonstrate product knowledge via an online testing process and Rockwell Automation conducts customer project assessments to validate successful delivery of projects leveraging their platforms.
Carrying the Information and EMI Solution Partner designation in particular, puts JMP in the very unique position of being able to support clients in the ever growing Information Software space, where manufacturers are looking for IIoT Solutions for The Connected Enterprise.
"We are excited to have again demonstrated our experience and met the program requirements necessary to receive both the Rockwell Automation, Power Quality and Energy Management designation and the Information and EMI designation," said Steve Szamocki, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, JMP Engineering. Adding the PQ&EM coupled with the Information and EMI designation is really exciting! We are seeing customers ask for better IIoT exception based decision making tools, to help predict and show visibility of where quality issues are and identify which assets are causing high energy costs and constraints."
Regarding the Information and EMI designation Khristopher Kammer, Information Partner and Competency Manager also added, "We are pleased to extend JMP Engineering's Solution Partner status to include the Information and EMI Discipline. Rockwell Automation uses objective criteria to identify which of our system integrators have the technical and customer skills to effectively deliver Information Solutions. Our program requirements complement JMP Engineering's focus on customer satisfaction, therefore reducing project risk and creating customer success. Congratulations to the JMP team for being a member of this elite group of partners."
JMP's Rockwell Automation Solution Partner status, coupled with being Control System Integrators Association (CSIA) Certified and Robotic Industries Association (RIA) Certified, sets JMP apart as being the only company in the world with these three unique and complementary classifications.
