Both Grube and Canel Winder have decades of experience driving financial and operational success across various manufacturing sectors. Kallee Grube enters the role of Chief Revenue Officer at The Nearshore Company following more than twenty years in the industrial manufacturing sector. During that time, Grube has become known for building high-performing teams and driving growth through effective go-to-market strategy. Recent positions include executive roles at Blueprint and NewAge Industries. Grube will oversee all revenue-generating functions at TNC, aligning client-relationships with long-term expansion to capitalize on the growing demand for Mexican nearshoring.

He has managed complex industrial operations at Omnicell, Legrand, and Confluent Medical Technologies. At TNC, Canel Winder will maintain and improve the executional excellence that nearshoring clients rely on.
