This GB56 right-angled, coupling driven gearbox from Parvalux packs a powerful punch in a small package. A width of 39mm and an output torque of 50 Nm in short-term operation. Ideal for applications where space is at a premium.
The FAULHABER Linear Actuator L series are designed to provide high performances in compact dimensions, these actuators can support large input speed, high output force and are suited for a wide range of applications like robotics, industrial machines and laboratory equipment.
A Zaber gantry kit comes with everything you need to build a customized XY gantry system or XYZ gantry system. These gantry systems feature coordinated multi-axis motion, plug-and-play operation, easy integration with end-effector options, and built-in IO and E-Stop capabilities. An intuitive ASCII interface allows the user to easily communicate with the gantry systems using our free software, either Zaber Motion Library with APIs for several popular languages or Zaber Console. Third party terminal programs that can communicate over a serial port can also be used.
maxon motor launches new high-speed motors that are configurable online. The new ECX brushless motors are quiet and feature very high efficiency. The ECX motors are available with diameters of 8, 16 and 19 mm achieving speeds of up to 120,000 rpm. They run very smoothly and are highly efficient. With maxon motor's online configurator, it is easy to put together a customized DC motor to include gearhead, encoder and controller. The customized motors are ready to ship in 11 days!
NORD's New Line of Small CLINCHERTM Parallel Shaft Gear Units Provide More Power, Flexibility, and Reliability
NORD's redesigned line of small CLINCHER parallel gear units showcase increased power and torque capacity for a variety of applications. These re-engineered versions will be replacing the existing SK0182NB, 0282NB, and 1382NB units. They are lightweight, have improved heat dissipation, are more cost-effective, and are available with NORD nsd tupHTM sealed surface conversion for wash-down and extreme environments.
A traditional gantry system employs X-Y or X-Y-Z range of motion. Mounted on a base plate, usually granite, 2 parallel rails constitute the synchronized Y axis motion while the cross axis (bridge axis) provides the X motion. A vertical axis can be added on the bridge for the Z motion. A Split Bridge system can be less complex than a traditional gantry system because synchronization of the two parallel linear motors is not required. Both systems are used in industrial production, testing, and additive manufacturing.
