In the year 2000 in Warsaw, Poland, brothers Mariusz and Adam Sosnowski founded the company to meet the growing need for data management software in the print and packaging industries. Mariusz holds an extensive background in software engineering, with years of experience developing custom systems for large-scale packaging companies. Built on the authority of Microsoft technology since inception, the brothers created a full-scale software solution for managing the complex processes in and out of the pressroom. Throughout the 2000s and 2010s, the company found success bringing their unique, all-in-one production and business management software to manufacturers throughout Europe.

In 2018, the company went through a full rebrand to the HiFlow Solutions brand used today. About a year later, the company ventured into the North American market, moving their headquarters to Miami, FL in January 2019. For several years, HiFlow adapted their software to this new market and established their support network in North America, officially launching their US version of HiFlow 4.0 in 2022. The 4.0 HiFlow software featured a completely new internet browser interface, machine communication, new packaging design and imposition modules, and visual dashboards.
Over the years, the HiFlow system has undergone numerous updates and now includes over 70 modules that support automation, production scheduling, workflow optimization, customer management, and more. In 2025, HiFlow Solutions advanced its innovation trajectory by becoming a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner and launching new AI capabilities within its ERP system. As the company transitions from traditional Microsoft technologies to cutting-edge Microsoft AI Cloud, new smart features continue to be developed regularly, empowering manufacturers with automated, data-driven tools for the future.
