Uniweld will have on display the HT44 Twister2 Self Igniting Swirl Combustion Hand Torch, WB500 Scorcher Propane Gas Torch Kit, and 830-21 Tube Mix Hand Cutting Torch. The HT44 works with both Propane and MAP//Pro brand Propylene and connects to the cylinder at the bottom. Ignition is achieved by simply opening the valve and pulling the trigger. While holding the trigger down, the valve can be adjusted for the desired size flame. When the job is finished, simply close the valve, disconnect the hand torch from the cylinder and engage the safety trigger lock for safe storage.

The Scorcher is a 500,000 BTU propane gas multi-purpose flame tool that is extremely popular for use on farms and ranches, at home or business, as well as in construction, maintenance, and factory environments. A powerful torch kit with hundreds of uses, it connects to a standard 20 lb. BBQ propane cylinder with a 10 hose and can be ignited with the included flint lighter.

The 830-21 Hand Cutting Torch is Uniwelds most popular torch and for good reason. The tube mix torch was designed with a heavy duty ergonomic handle for superior handling and stainless steel ball point valves with Teflon packing to promote durability and positive shut off. Other features include field replaceable check valves, forged brass head and body, stainless steel oxygen cutting lever, stainless steel alloy gas tubes for maximum strength and heat dissipation, and an internal heavy duty universal gas mixer for use with all fuel gases. Uniweld will also be displaying many more of their quality US made products!

FLIR Si1-LD - Industrial Acoustic Imaging Camera for Compressed Air Leak Detection

FLIR Si1-LD - Industrial Acoustic Imaging Camera for Compressed Air Leak Detection

The FLIR Si1-LD is an easy-to-use acoustic imaging camera for locating and quantifying pressurized leaks in compressed air systems. This lightweight, one-handed camera is designed to help maintenance, manufacturing, and engineering professionals identify air leaks faster than with traditional methods. Built with a carefully constructed array of MEMS microphones for high sensitivity, the Si1-LD produces a precise acoustic image that visually displays ultrasonic information, even in loud, industrial environments. The acoustic image is overlaid in real time on a digital image, allowing you to accurately pinpoint the source of the sound, with onboard analytics which quantify the losses being incurred. The Si1-LD features a plugin that enables you to import acoustic images to FLIR Thermal Studio suite for offline editing, analysis, and advanced report creation. Field analysis and reporting can also be done using the FLIR Acoustic Camera Viewer cloud service. Transferring of images can be managed via memory stick or USB data cable. Through a regular maintenance routine, the FLIR Si1-LD can help facilities reduce their environmental impact and save money on utility bills.
