Automate 2015 - Intelligrated to showcase mobile robotic solutions at Automate 2015
Exhibit to focus on robotic systems for distribution and fulfillment
(CINCINNATI: March 13, 2015)—Intelligrated® (www.intelligrated.com), a leading North American-based automated material handling solutions provider, announces its show lineup for Automate 2015, March 23-26 in North Hall B of McCormick Place in Chicago. At booth #414, Intelligrated will feature its robotic mobilization solution for picking carts, integrated with a put wall and pick-to-light system to simulate goods-to-operator fulfillment.
Intelligrated will feature a next-generation enhancement to its RTS™ GoKart product line, modifying the GoKart to integrate with a fully autonomous mobile robot. This flexible solution replaces the time-intensive process of manually pushing carts while also decreasing costly mistakes in order fulfillment operations with 24X7 dependability and speed.
"Mobile carts consolidate fulfillment of orders in distant break-pack picking areas, saving time and making the most of valuable labor resources," said Earl Wohlrab, palletizing and robotics systems product manager, Intelligrated. "Enhancing cart picking with mobility reduces order time in transit through the distribution center and frees labor to focus on more complex tasks without overhauling existing workflow."
Booth visitors can also learn about Intelligrated palletizing and depalletizing solutions for distribution and end-of-line manufacturing applications. Through its Alvey® equipment brand, Intelligrated has more than 60 years of experience providing palletizing and depalletizing solutions with industry-leading throughput speeds and versatility to handle virtually any product and customer requirement. Intelligrated offers full integration services with conveyors, stretchwrappers and other equipment for a complete solution, backed by RIA robotic integrator certification.

T.J. Davies' Retention Knobs
Our retention knobs are manufactured above international standards or to machine builder specifications. Retention knobs are manufactured utilizing AMS-6274/AISI-8620 alloy steel drawn in the United States. Threads are single-pointed on our lathes while manufacturing all other retention knob features to ensure high concentricity. Our process ensures that our threads are balanced (lead in/lead out at 180 degrees.) Each retention knob is carburized (hardened) to 58-62HRC, and case depth is .020-.030. Core hardness 40HRC. Each retention knob is coated utilizing a hot black oxide coating to military specifications. Our retention knobs are 100% covered in black oxide to prevent rust. All retention knob surfaces (not just mating surfaces) have a precision finish of 32 RMA micro or better: ISO grade 6N. Each retention knob is magnetic particle tested and tested at 2.5 times the pulling force of the drawbar. Certifications are maintained for each step in the manufacturing process for traceability.
