Manufacturers can blend additives such as pigments, dyes, or flavorings at ratios from 1:1 to 1000:1 (0.1% to 50%), empowering both large production runs and short custom batches. The system features variable numbers of static mix elements for tailored manufacturing needs, while fast additive or color changeovers minimize downtime and drastically reduce or eliminate batch mixing changeover time.
Flowmeter confirmation and synchronized dosing technology ensure just-in-time "on demand" production with high precision additive accuracy, reducing giveaway and maintaining consistency across multiple SKUs.
