CRP USA's Ongoing Innovations in Motorsports Recognized as TCT Awards Finalist

Leading 3D printing service bureau CRP USA, proudly announces its selection as a finalist for the prestigious TCT Awards 2024 in the 'AUTOMOTIVE & RAIL APPLICATION' category. The nomination acknowledges CRP USA's exceptional contributions, particularly the creation of Oil and Water Catch Cans for the University of Victoria Formula Racing team's racing car. These critical components, crafted using the advanced Windform SP composite, exemplify CRP USA's commitment to excellence in the demanding realm of Formula SAE racing.

Professional 3D printing service bureau CRP USA is proud to announce its selection as a finalist for the TCT Awards 2024 in the 'AUTOMOTIVE & RAIL APPLICATION' category, with the Oil and Water Catch Cans 3D printed for the University of Victoria Formula Racing team's racing car.

These vital components were laser sintered using Windform SP, a Carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite from the Windform range developed by CRP Technology.

This top-of-the-line material, long acclaimed by Motorsports leaders, contributes to superior performance and reliability in the demanding environment of Formula SAE racing. The partnership between CRP USA and the University of Victoria Formula Racing team has been long-established, involving the manufacturing and featuring of several components, including the steering wheel, intake manifold, oil pan, and front wing inserts, some of which were manufactured using another Carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite from the Windform family, the Windform XT 2.0.
