In 20 years, from a small team consisting of just a handful of people, Micro Systems and its' subsidiaries have grown to become a team of around 100 talented people, with more than 800 square metres of manufacturing environment including Class 7 and 8 cleanrooms and white rooms in Warrington, UK, as well as a modern facility in Singapore, serving hundreds of customers from all over the world. Micro Systems also heavily invests in the latest technology, from design software to injection moulding machines and state-of-the-art metrology equipment. Micro Systems UK site in Warrington, UK is home to some of the top machines in the industry, including WEDM machines, 5-Axis Kern Micro Milling machines, Wittmann-Battenfeld Micropower micro moulding machines, several CMM vision and probe systems, digital microscopes, as well as an in-house CT Scanner equipped with leading CAD comparison software.

Besides, in 2023, Micro Systems has invested up to £1M in new machinery in 2023, as part of the strategic ‘pattern of continuous investment'. To support the growing demand from the global markets as well as to further boost production efficiency, reduce lead times and costs, the Haydock-based company has invested £1M in 2023 on new machines, including a Werth CT Scanner, a Custom Agie X400 Milling machine and an Agie Wire Cut 2000 X machine.

Micro Systems proudly works with a number of leading OEMs, institutions and startups, creating miniaturised and/or tight-tolerance products of extremely high accuracy, enabling significant breakthroughs in medical technology which impact the lives of millions of end users around the world on a daily basis. The company values each customer and project, and always strives to provide the best customer service even for years after the project is completed.

Gary Clark, Managing Director of Micro Systems, reflected on the 20th anniversary of the company by saying, "We are highly grateful to all stakeholders who have contributed to the growth of Micro Systems over the last 20 years, and extremely proud of all those who have been a part of the company to get us to where we are today.
