Hermle large part machining centres in mould and tool making

/Ins HETEC's claim of "Performance is not a matter of chance" exactly expresses the philosophy and strategy of the machining services supplier from Breidenbach! And that philosophy was born out of Friedhelm Herhaus' experience: For too long he felt hampered in his desire to put his specialist knowledge and skill to practical use and to the customer's benefit. In such cases there is only one way forward: setting up one's own operation. Together with his brother Günter Herhaus, he founded HETEC OHG, originally in Bad Laasphe. As the scope of the business grew, brother Werner Herhaus joined the company as well, and in 2000 the next milestone was reached with the founding of HETEC GmbH.

Maniks Best Quality Regulating Valve

What are Regulating Valves? MREG-An and MREG-B are angleway and straightway hand Regulating valves, which go about as expected stop valves in shut position. The Regulating Valves are accessible in two unique renditions - MREG-An and MREG-B intended for direction purposes in fluid and development lines. The valves are accessible in two unique forms - MREG-An and MREG-B intended for control purposes in fluid and development lines. The valves are intended to meet the strict quality prerequisites on refrigerating establishments indicated by the universal grouping social orders and are precisely intended to show great stream conditions and exact straight attributes. MREG-An and MREG-B are outfitted with vented top and inside backseating empowers substitution of the shaft seal while the valve is dynamic, i.e. under strain.

T.J. Davies' Retention Knobs

T.J. Davies' Retention Knobs

Our retention knobs are manufactured above international standards or to machine builder specifications. Retention knobs are manufactured utilizing AMS-6274/AISI-8620 alloy steel drawn in the United States. Threads are single-pointed on our lathes while manufacturing all other retention knob features to ensure high concentricity. Our process ensures that our threads are balanced (lead in/lead out at 180 degrees.) Each retention knob is carburized (hardened) to 58-62HRC, and case depth is .020-.030. Core hardness 40HRC. Each retention knob is coated utilizing a hot black oxide coating to military specifications. Our retention knobs are 100% covered in black oxide to prevent rust. All retention knob surfaces (not just mating surfaces) have a precision finish of 32 RMA micro or better: ISO grade 6N. Each retention knob is magnetic particle tested and tested at 2.5 times the pulling force of the drawbar. Certifications are maintained for each step in the manufacturing process for traceability.
