Automation Software Saves GenTent $25,000
Parker Software worked closely with GenTent to provide regular and responsive support plus direct access to a team of highly skilled technical experts, allowing new features to be implemented quickly.
AI solutions provider Parker Software have helped to save $25,000 during a calendar year for market-leading generator tents provider GenTent Safety Canopies, with the introduction of automation software, ThinkAutomation.
$25,000 savings plus annual SaaS subscriptions
No stock outages after automated workflow implementation
A seamless order process that flows directly into e-commerce software Shipstation and back, with inventory synchronised across channels
Elimination of spreadsheet-driven operations
Parker Software worked closely with GenTent to provide regular and responsive support plus direct access to a team of highly skilled technical experts, allowing new features to be implemented quickly.
This process was initially managed via Outlook, but the process became unsustainable after a sales increase and ThinkAutomation was introduced to ingest, validate and standarise customer-submitted data and either auto-approve or route to customer service where necessary.
Mark Carpenter, CEO at GenTent Safety Canopies commented,
"Parker Software has helped GenTent tremendously. The integration between automation and generative AI for private, secure and expansive environments is awesome."
Stephen Parker, CEO at Parker Software added,
"ThinkAutomation served as a multi-system replacement that evolved the overall customer strategy for GenTent. Without the use of our software the company would have needed to invest in additional operational management resources plus two additional customer service personnel alongside their SaaS subscriptions."
Based in Southern New Hampshire, GenTent engineer patented solutions that ensure safe portable generator operation in adverse weather conditions.
Operating across B2C, online marketplaces, dealer networks and OEM partnerships, GenTent's aim was to streamline make and model compatibility processes for customers whilst not losing any threads of the customer experience.
Since the introduction of ThinkAutomation, GenTent's commercial evolution has continued with the introduction of OptimaGPT, also provided by Parker Software, which embeds secure AI agents directly into operational workflows to help transform automation into predictive, margin-aware decision infrastructure.

Boost your fleet's ROI with predictive analytics
Intangles is designed to keep trucks on the road - not in the shop. Intangles' proprietary vehicle health monitoring system transforms fleet maintenance into predictive maintenance. We leverage Digital Twin Technology to create a virtual copy of a truck, then analyze historical and real-time data to provide early warnings of vehicle issues. The result: a significant decrease in breakdowns, which means lower maintenance costs and enhanced uptime. By identifying maintenance issues before they occur, Intangles can help you save time and money.
