All CNC machines are networked and integrated into the system via Ethernet, with running idle and alarm statuses synced to a real-time digital dashboard. The system automatically tracks actual machining time, daily output, utilizationand abnormal events for every machine.

Combined with OEE analysis, it delivers accurate, traceable data continuously. There are no manual reports, and no data filled in after the fact, the system knows exactly how much machining time each part truly takes. That makes cost calculation more precise and ensures every quotation is built on stable reliable facts. Data only works when the machines behind it are stable.
For key equipment, WayKen uses independent temperature control and keeps every machine under continuous system monitoring. Issues don't wait until something breaks, the system flags risks early. That means they know which machines are the most stable and we assign critical projects to the right equipment from the start. Problems and scrap are reduced before they happen.

For tool management, WayKen has introduced smart tool cabinets.
Tool check-out and return are fully automated, and with card or facial recognition, the entire process takes just ten seconds. Upgraded Machine Capabilities and Cutting Tools to Achieve Higher Accuracy
With over 20 CNC machines, including the JDGR400T 5-axis machining center and the Haas VF-4SS high-speed vertical machining center, WayKen can meet the machining requirements for automotive components, aerospace products, and other high-precision parts, while providing a reliable foundation for the processing of complex components.

For example, JDGR300 5-axis machining center. Its simultaneous 5-axis capability is perfect for curved surface machining — optimizing tool paths through continuous rotary motion, reducing reliance on fixtures, and improving surface finish. This machine is equipped with a spindle speed of up to 32,000 RPM, a positioning accuracy of 0.002 mm, and a repeatability of 0.0018 mm. Paired with ball nose end mills under 0.5 mm in diameter, it enables high-speed, mirror-finish cutting of complex surfaces and optical details.

Besides, Haas VF-2SS-V vertical machining center, with high spindle speeds, fast tool changes and fast motions, it's the ideal choice for high-volume production.

This machine features a high-speed spindle that rotates at 12,000 rpm. During roughing, we can run the spindle at a lower speed and use its powerful torque to achieve a smooth cut and produce quality rough material for further machining. In precision machining, the high-speed spindle ensures we get an excellent surface finish and top-notch accuracy. At the same time, this machine keeps up very high feed rates, so we get both precision and efficiency.

In addition to high speed and torque, the spindle can move and feed quickly. This high-speed movement is critical for high-volume production, significantly reducing non-cutting time and improving overall production efficiency.

This machine is equipped with a 30+1 tool magazine, and it takes only 1.6 seconds to change tools each time. This means that frequent tool changes are no longer a problem, ensuring seamless transitions at every step.

With the upgraded machine capabilities and cutting tools, WayKen ensures higher precision and consistent quality across all parts. These enhancements allow WayKen to handle complex geometries and tight tolerances more efficiently, providing a solid foundation for both prototyping and production of high-precision components.

Comprehensive Process Control with Standardized Procedures and Work Instructions
WayKen strictly follow the ISO 9001 certified quality management system, based on a series of standardized production procedures and work instructions, and use advanced testing equipment to measure and inspect each production step to ensure the project meets stringent quality specifications.

At WayKen, each project undergoes a thorough Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review, along with contract and purchase order evaluations, to confirm feasibility and optimize production planning. Production capacity and scheduling are carefully reviewed by the Production Management Control (PMC) team to guarantee timely and efficient manufacturing. Incoming raw materials are rigorously inspected before entering production, and samples as well as in-process inspections (IPQC) are conducted to catch any deviations early.

The first round of the machining process at WayKen is the first article. The first article inspection-FAI- include a full size report including untoleranced dimensions. If the inspection report is NG, then we need to adjust the machine to improve. If the inspection report is OK, then we'll kick off production. Before mass production, the quality department will make a full-size first article report with customer's original 2D as the reference standard for size inspection.

After the first article inspection and making everything is all set, the CNC production department will make Standard Operation Procedure, which is SOP in short, which clearly specifies the product clamping steps, machining methods and precautions.

Finally, WayKen Quality Department checks the parts' size and appearance, with detailed reports and certifications provided as required (OQC). Through these standardized procedures and work instructions, WayKen ensures that every component meets exact specification.
