Mastercam Italia, an affiliate of Mastercam, the world's leading CAD/CAM software provider and part of the Sandvik Group, today announced the successful close of its strategic acquisition of Cadline, a longtime Mastercam channel partner. With the transaction complete, Cadline is now operating as Mastercam Italia, expanding Mastercam's direct presence across the Italian manufacturing market.

This transition brings together Cadline' deep regional expertise with Mastercam's global technology leadership, enabling faster response times, more personalized service, and enhanced customer support for manufacturers throughout Italy.

"This marks an important milestone for Mastercam and for our customers in Italy," said Russ Bukowski, President of Mastercam. "By bringing Cadline fully into the Mastercam organization as Mastercam Italia, we are strengthening our local connections while delivering the full power of Mastercam's global resources. Customers will benefit from closer collaboration, faster technical support, and solutions tailored to their regional manufacturing needs.

The move from a channel partner model to direct operations enables Mastercam Italia to provide accelerated problem resolution, customized training programs, and regional specialists who understand the unique challenges facing Italian manufacturers. The acquisition supports Mastercam's broader growth strategy of combining innovation with targeted acquisitions to enhance customer experience and service delivery.

As part of Sandvik's digital manufacturing portfolio, Mastercam continues to advance connected manufacturing technologies and deliver comprehensive support to customers worldwide, helping manufacturers improve productivity, efficiency, and competitiveness.

PickerPal Products provides full case pick module protection to protect employees from falls.

PickerPal has two independent, spring-loaded arms that are self closing, which is preferred by OSHA. 3 arms are used when a kick plate is required. OSHA states that when an employee is within 4' of the edge, the area changes from a pallet position to a, "walking/working surface," which requires a kick plate or a third arm. The spring-loaded arms open on contact with the loaded skid and close on their own as products are off-loaded. This design provides multiple benefits: • Top arms close as product is removed, creating a safety gate, and the third arm closes when the empty pallet is removed. • Empty pallet positions are no longer a safety hazard. • Each are is easily replaced without removing the entire assembly.
