RÖSLER AND AM SOLUTIONS SET TO PUT MODERN FINISHING IN THE SPOTLIGHT AT MACH
At the show, the companies will present a live cross-section of technologies covering shot blasting, mass finishing and additive manufacturing post-processing, giving visitors the chance to see how different finishing routes can be applied to improve part quality, productivity ,and process efficiency.
(13th April 2026, Knowsley, United Kingdom) With MACH now fast approaching, Rösler UK and AM Solutions - 3D post processing technology, a brand of the Rösler Group, are preparing to use the exhibition to make a clear point to manufacturers. In today's production environment, finishing is no longer an afterthought, it is a strategic part of performance.
At the show, the companies will present a live cross-section of technologies covering shot blasting, mass finishing and additive manufacturing post-processing, giving visitors the chance to see how different finishing routes can be applied to improve part quality, productivity ,and process efficiency.
One of the stand's key highlights will be the RMBC tumble belt blast machine, a high-throughput solution for cleaning, descaling, derusting and deburring components in batch mode. It will be joined by a strong line-up of mass finishing systems, including the R220 vibratory bowl, R250 rotary dryer, FKS 04 high-energy disc machine, and the compact Mini 60 vibratory bowl, which Rösler will be offering for sale during the event.
AM Solutions will add a dedicated additive dimension with the S1, a 2-in-1 depowdering and surface-finishing solution for polymer AM parts, reinforcing the message that post-processing is now one of the defining quality issues in production-scale additive manufacturing.
Colin Spellacy, Head of Sales at Rösler UK says, "There is a growing realisation across industry that finishing is where many of the real production gains (or losses) now sit. You can have a well-machined, well-cast or well-printed part, but if the finishing process is inconsistent, labour-intensive or poorly controlled, it undermines everything upstream. That is why MACH matters for us this year. We're not just showing individual machines, we're showing a joined-up finishing philosophy. Whether it's conventional mass finishing, robust shot blasting or AM-specific post-processing, the common thread is repeatability, efficiency and the ability to help customers move away from improvised or overly manual finishing processes."
The company expects strong interest in the Mini 60, particularly from smaller manufacturers looking for an accessible first step into controlled, automated finishing. "Not every visitor is looking for a large capital project," Spellacy concludes. "Sometimes what they need is a compact, credible route away from hand finishing and towards something more consistent and professional. The Mini 60 answers that need very well."
At MACH, Rösler and AM Solutions will be making the case that the future of finishing is cleaner, smarter and far more central to manufacturing success than many businesses still realise.
