Insight Works Announces Strategic Partnership with 2Ship
Partnership expands shipping capabilities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central through Dynamic Ship and the 2Ship carrier platform
Insight Works today announced a strategic partnership with 2Ship to expand shipping capabilities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The partnership introduces integrated support for parcel and freight shipping services through the Dynamic Ship app and the 2Ship shipping platform.
The collaboration connects Dynamic Ship with the 2Ship platform through the 2Ship LTL Parcel connector for Business Central. This integration enables Business Central users to access carrier services, shipping rates, and shipment tracking information within Dynamic Ship's existing shipping workflows.
Through the partnership, organizations using Business Central can manage parcel, Less-than-Truckload (LTL), and Full Truckload (FTL) shipping within the ERP environment. Shipping information entered in Business Central can be transmitted to the 2Ship platform, where carrier services and shipping rates are evaluated and returned to Dynamic Ship for shipment processing.
The integration allows teams to compare shipping services across multiple carriers and generate shipping labels and documentation through Business Central. Shipment details, tracking updates, and carrier selections remain visible within the system's shipping records.
"Shipping operations often involve multiple carrier systems, which can introduce additional steps when managing shipments," said Brian Neufeld, Director of Marketing at Insight Works. "By working with 2Ship, Insight Works is enabling Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central users to connect Dynamic Ship with a broader carrier network while maintaining their shipping workflows inside Business Central."
The partnership supports shipping scenarios that include both parcel shipments and freight services that require Bill of Lading documentation and carrier coordination. By connecting Dynamic Ship to the 2Ship platform, the integration provides Business Central users with a structured way to evaluate shipping services and manage shipments in a single environment.
Organizations that manage both parcel shipments and freight movements can use the integration to process shipments in Business Central while accessing carrier services available on the 2Ship platform. Shipment information, carrier selections, and tracking updates remain available within Business Central records for operational visibility.
Dynamic Ship can be installed from the Microsoft Marketplace.

PickerPal Products provides full case pick module protection to protect employees from falls.
PickerPal has two independent, spring-loaded arms that are self closing, which is preferred by OSHA. 3 arms are used when a kick plate is required. OSHA states that when an employee is within 4' of the edge, the area changes from a pallet position to a, "walking/working surface," which requires a kick plate or a third arm. The spring-loaded arms open on contact with the loaded skid and close on their own as products are off-loaded. This design provides multiple benefits: • Top arms close as product is removed, creating a safety gate, and the third arm closes when the empty pallet is removed. • Empty pallet positions are no longer a safety hazard. • Each are is easily replaced without removing the entire assembly.
