When the transmitter pressure is large to a certain value, the pressure transmitter sends a signal, the discharge valve opens automatically, the fluidization of the material on the fluidized bed is strengthened, and the conveying starts, when the material in the bin pump gradually When the material in the bin pump gradually decreases, the pressure display gradually falls back. In this process, the material on the fluidized bed is always in the state of fluidization and conveying at the same time.
When the material in the pump is transported, the pressure drops to the empty pipe resistance, the inlet valve is closed, interval a certain time, the discharge valve is closed, the pressure increase continues for 3-5s of time, clean the pipeline, open the inlet valve. Open the inlet valve, so as to complete a conveying cycle.
