Wand-Style Detector Provides Instant Test Results, Immediate Reset for Consecutive Tests and the Highest Sensitivity on the Market.

Newtown Square, PA: July 20, 2016: Yamaha Fine Technologies Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Yamaha Corporation, announced today the release of a new, revolutionary hydrogen leak detector. The company will present the product, the YHLD-100 Bench Top Hydrogen Leak Detector, to the North American market at The Assembly Show October 25 to 27, 2016 at the Donald E. Stevens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL.


Using YAMAHAs proprietary MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical System) Sensor technology, the new wand-style hydrogen leak tester offers the highest sensitivity on the widest range of gas concentration of any products on the market. It also provides instant test results and offers immediate reset capabilities that allow for rapid consecutive tests.
