The new method for part marking aerospace components
Traditional marking methods often struggle to deliver the results needed for part marking aerospace components. Working with Universal Robots, we have developed a new option to solve this industry issue.
Traditional marking methods often struggle to deliver the results needed for part marking aerospace components.
Working with Universal Robots, we have developed a new option to solve this industry issue, which can be seen in the video in the link for more information above.
The robot can be fully integrated into our Stat system. It gives incredible flexibility of use with the robot arm allowing different sizes and shapes of parts to be processed.
With the robot, we have shown that a marking station can be made, which can cope with different part shapes and sizes, without heat zones, raised edges or other fatigue issues.
This could be a game changer in the aerospace industry as there are many benefits to using a co-bot with our technology:
- Easy to programme
- Smaller
- Lighter
- Less expensive
- More flexible
- Sustainable
