Tell us about your product and what you feel sets it apart from similar products.
Our AI Document Processing tool is fully built into the Global Shop Solutions ERP system, so users can review and validate data as part of one simple workflow. Because everything happens inside the ERP, the information moves exactly where it needs to go without the extra steps, setup or confusion that often come with third-party AI tools.
For example, users can complete a full three-way match while reviewing documents before posting AP batches, all without leaving the ERP. Most AI products on the market sit outside the system and rely on separate integration work. Ours does not. It feels like a natural extension of the ERP they already use every day.

Tell us about the R&D behind this product. Who is this product designed for? What problem is it solving?
We built this specifically for Global Shop Solutions customers. During R&D we looked closely at the roles where repetitive data entry slows everything down. Customer service reps, sales order entry teams and AP specialists often spend hours each week rekeying the same fields and checking for errors. We wanted to remove that friction and give them more time for higher-value work.
Our goal was simple. Reduce manual entry, prevent mistakes and make the process easier for the people who use the ERP the most. The tool blends into the system they already know, so it feels familiar from day one.
These early efficiency gains are only the beginning. We are expanding our AI capabilities to take on more complex tasks and support more decisions inside the ERP. Over time, AI will become a natural part of the user experience, helping customers move faster and work with confidence.

Give us an idea of the installation process.
Installation is quick and usually finished in one 30-to-60-minute session. Global Shop Solutions completes the full setup inside the customer’s ERP and walks the team through the process with practical tips and best practices. Most customers see the benefits right away and many start saving time on the very first day.
How is your company set up to support the users of your products?
Global Shop Solutions is built around strong customer support. Our 24-hour call center is made up of full-time in-house employees who work with the ERP every day. When customers call, they get quick answers from people who know the system inside and out. Most issues are solved the same day, which helps keep production moving.
What feedback have you received from the field? Can you share a use case and the results?
Customer feedback has been very positive. One AP specialist who used to spend almost a full week entering invoices now completes the same workload in less than five hours. Another customer who regularly entered orders with more than 250 line items used to spend around four hours on a single order. With our AI tool, that job now takes only minutes.
These kinds of results are common. They show how much time customers can get back when the system handles the repetitive work for them.
